3.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts being closed and all funds, including bonuses, being forfeited.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or payment account), you must inform the ra555 support team without delay.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ra555 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Only payment accounts registered in the user's own name may be used.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 1 hour after the request is approved.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn while active wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• ra555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual activity.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ra555 follows strict policies to prevent financial crime. In cases of suspicious transactions, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation. Users may be asked to provide information about the source of their funds.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus portion only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Once a bonus is credited to the account, wagering must be completed within the specified time.
• Making a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse (such as coordinated betting or multiple accounts) is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• ra555 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The ra555 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play.

All games available on ra555 (slots, live casino, sports betting) are operated on the principle of fair play. Each game is powered by a third-party software provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI and Spribe) and their own rules apply.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Playing with automated bots or software is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets from different accounts to exploit bonus benefits (bonus arbitrage) is prohibited.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs is prohibited. Any such occurrence must be reported to the support team immediately.
